No s\u00f3lo para m\u00ed, sino para muchas otras mujeres con las que lo he compartido. En efecto, soy conocida como una especie de <em>shadchanit<\/em> (casamentera).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las caracter\u00edsticas imprescindibles en mi lista era que mi futura pareja necesitaba saber cocinar. Bueno, 25 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, \u00a1sigo siendo suertuda!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Miren este fabuloso pan de nuez sin granos con alcaravea fresca que mi esposo Rudolph hizo hoy! Tengo dos recetas para ustedes. Una es de leche de almendra hecha en casa, y la otra es este delicioso pan libre de granos aqu\u00ed abajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer el pan necesitas preparar leche de almendras primero. Esto te permite utilizar todas las bondades que la almendra provee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TIP: Sab\u00edas que la medicina ayurv\u00e9dica sugiere comer 10 almendras crudas diariamente para mantener nuestra salud?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-leche-de-almendras\">Leche de Almendras<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredientes\">Ingredientes<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 taza de almendras, remojadas en agua durante la noche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tazas de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pizca de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-instrucciones\">Instrucciones<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cuela las almendras (desecha el agua de remojo) y enju\u00e1galas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vierte las almendras junto con una pizca de sal y 4 tazas de agua en la licuadora y lic\u00faa hasta que se integren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filtra la leche de almendra con una bolsa para leche vegetal o con una estopilla, exprimiendo bien para extraer el l\u00edquido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reserva la pulpa de almendra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/drkorn-original-bu.cwis.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/004-almondmilk-1.jpg\" alt=\"Leche de almendras y bol de almendras\" class=\"wp-image-16805\" srcset=\"https:\/\/drkorn-original-bu.cwis.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/004-almondmilk-1.jpg 784w, https:\/\/drkorn-original-bu.cwis.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/004-almondmilk-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/drkorn-original-bu.cwis.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/004-almondmilk-1.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pan-de-almendra-y-nuez\">Pan de almendra y nuez<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredientes-secos\">Ingredientes secos<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 gr de almendra molida (resultado de la leche de almendra)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 gr de psyllium en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 gr de harina de coco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 gr de harina de trigo sarraceno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 gr de semillas de ch\u00eda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 gr de semillas de c\u00e1\u00f1amo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cdita de polvo para hornear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr de nuez de Castilla, enteras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pizca de sal (al gusto)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-para-pan-de-hierbas\">Para pan de hierbas<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/4 de cdita (cada uno): romero, oregano, salvia (o mezcla italiana)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cdita de tomillo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2-3 cditas de alcaravea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-para-pan-de-fruta\">Para pan de fruta<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A\u00f1ade canela y dos pu\u00f1ados de pasas, albaricoque seco o pi\u00f1a seca (sin hierbas)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredientes-liquidos\">Ingredientes l\u00edquidos<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 huevos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cdas de aceite de coco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.5 cdas de vinagre de arroz o manzana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cdita de vainilla (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 gotas de stevia l\u00edquida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 cda de saborizante de almendra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 taza de agua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-instrucciones-1\">Instrucciones<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mezcla (no vigorosamente) los ingredientes l\u00edquidos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combina muy bien los ingredientes secos en un bol grande.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez combinados, vierte 2\/3 de media taza de agua tibia en los ingredientes secos hasta humedecer y se formen algunos grumos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agrega los l\u00edquidos y combina usando una cuchara firme, mezclando de afuera hacia el centro, girando el bol mientras lo haces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez que la mezcla forme una masa humectada, forma una bola y acomoda en un molde (rectangular u ovalado, cubierto con papel encerado). Presiona ligeramente la masa en el molde, formando un peque\u00f1o mont\u00edculo, asegur\u00e1ndote de que la masa est\u00e9 distribuida uniformemente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca en el horno a 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C) por 35 minutos en la rejilla de enmedio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez listo, saca el pan del horno y retira del molde junto con el papel encerado, traslada a una rejilla para enfriar. Aqu\u00ed hemos a\u00f1adido salm\u00f3n ahumado finamente tajado, sobre nuestro pesto de albahaca fresca.
