Vamos a explorar los beneficios tanto del ayuno como de las dietas de desintoxicaci\u00f3n. El ayuno es el acto voluntario de abstenerse de alimentos y\/o l\u00edquidos por un determinado periodo de tiempo por razones relacionadas con la salud, espirituales o pol\u00edticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un ayuno durante 1 \u2013 3 d\u00edas puede tener efectos positivos, tales como aumentar la salud inmune, prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades, claridad mental, y mejorar la salud digestiva. Da al sistema digestivo un descanso y permite que se eliminen las toxinas. La energ\u00eda que se utiliza normalmente para la digesti\u00f3n puede utilizarse para sanar y reparar los tejidos da\u00f1ados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se pueden obtener muchos beneficios de los ayunos de jugos o vegetales.
