Este batido es una excelente alternativa a medicinas estimulantes para las personas de todas las edades. Contiene el amino\u00e1cido ansiol\u00edtico teanina, que reduce la alteraci\u00f3n que produce el caf\u00e9. Este batido puede tomarse a cualquier hora del d\u00eda, pero de preferencia antes de las 6:00 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prefiero comprar el te verde Matcha en polvo porque es rico en teanina, pero tambi\u00e9n puedes remojar bolsas de te verde o hojas de t\u00e9. Si remojas las bolsas, haz un cuarto de concentrado de te una vez y gu\u00e1rdalo en el refrigerador para usarlo cuando hagas este batido. Experimenta con los ingredientes en este batido para hacerlo a tu gusto. El t\u00e9 durar\u00e1 una semana en el refrigerador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-smoothie-de-te-verde\">Smoothie de Te Verde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredientes\">INGREDIENTES<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd taza de leche de almendras o c\u00e1\u00f1amo o yogur de leche entera (vaca o cabra)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc taza de ar\u00e1ndanos o frambuesas congeladas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de polvo de te verde matcha o \u00bd cucharada de te verde concentrado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 gotas de stevia l\u00edquida o una cucharada de miel pura<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Opcional: la mitad de un pl\u00e1tano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-instrucciones\">INSTRUCCIONES<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezcla hasta que adquiera una consistencia de batido<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONSEJO<\/strong>: Utiliza stevia l\u00edquida; el polvo puede dejar un sabor amargo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONSEJO<\/strong>:Utiliza poca de miel, pero cuando lo hagas, compra miel pura local de tu regi\u00f3n.
