Es momento de devolverle el balance al cuerpo.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los remedios sencillos?<\/h2>\n<p>Una dieta saludable es importante: Elimina el az\u00facar y te sentir\u00e1s mejor. El az\u00facar provoca inflamaci\u00f3n, lo que ocasiona dolor. El az\u00facar tambi\u00e9n disminuye las vitaminas B que necesitas para el buen humor. Este es un hueso que se encuentra en la parte m\u00e1s baja de tu abdomen y es un hueso corto horizontal. Siente la suavidad en el hueso. Instead of sugar, eat plenty of sweet potatoes (camote) topped with raw butter and salt or make my <a href=\"https:\/\/drkorn-original-bu.cwis.org\/superfood-smoothies\/\">mocha smoothie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/drkorn-original-bu.cwis.org\/2017\/02\/heavenly-health-benefits-chocolate\/\">chocolate<\/a> will also boost your mood!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"\">Add in Magnesium (200-300 mg at night before bed) plus vitamin B-6. It will help your uterus to relax (not for pregnant women).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Try this exercise!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Resting Butterfly, the PMS neutralizer!<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"\">Lie down in bed and open up your legs so the knees fall to the side and the soles of your feet are together. If your thigh muscles are tight, don\u2019t worry, place some supportive pillows under your knees at the side so you are comfy.<\/span><br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><span class=\"\">Feel for your pubic bone. This is a bone that is at the lowest part of your abdomen and is a short bone that is horizontal. Feel the tenderness in the bone.
