Estos frijoles son deliciosos y especialmente nutritivos con la incorporaci\u00f3n de melaza negra org\u00e1nica y especias anti-inflamatorias. La melaza negra es rica en vitamina B-6, magnesio, calcio y potasio, todos ellos se combinan para producir un platillo muy calmante. La B-6 es una vitamina clave para levantar el humor. Esta receta es f\u00e1cil de hacer con una olla de cocci\u00f3n lenta; comienza en la ma\u00f1ana y a la hora de la cena te estar\u00e1 esperando un platillo rico y saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredientes\">Ingredientes<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 tazas de frijoles secos pintos org\u00e1nicos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cebolla, en rebanadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza de melaza negra org\u00e1nica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 onzas de pasta de tomate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de mostaza amarilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de paprika ahumada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc de cucharada de pimienta de cayena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de ra\u00edz de c\u00farcuma rallada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de salsa Worcestershire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de vinagre de manzana org\u00e1nico<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 tazas de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal de mar y pimienta para dar sabor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 44\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<h5>Instrucciones<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Lava, enjuaga y remoja los frijoles toda la noche.
