Es rico en teanina, un amino\u00e1cido relajante que puede ayudarnos a mantener la calma y reducir la ansiedad. Una gran alternativa al caf\u00e9, pues tambi\u00e9n tiene un toque de cafe\u00edna. Por mucho que me encanta beber t\u00e9 verde, puede ser agradable cambiarlo un poco. Y, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es mejor que comerlo como postre?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguro te encantar\u00e1 este delicioso y nutritivo postre. Es especialmente divertido de hacer con los ni\u00f1os, para que puedan ver c\u00f3mo cambia de forma el polvo disuelto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredientes\">Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 tza. t\u00e9 verde extra fuerte (puede usar hojas de matcha o \u00bd cucharadita de t\u00e9 verde en polvo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cdas. grenetina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tza. agua hirviendo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 gotas de stevia o 1 cdita. miel (el edulcorante es opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza fruta fresca (frambuesas o moras)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-direcciones\">Direcciones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepara 1 taza de t\u00e9 verde. Deja reposar hasta que est\u00e9 tibio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vierte el l\u00edquido tibio en una taza grande para mezclar y agrega la grenetina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hierve 1 taza de agua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agrega la taza con agua muy caliente y revuelve hasta que se disuelva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revuelve en\u00e9rgicamente hasta que se mezcle; comenzar\u00e1 a espesarse mucho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca la fruta en un refractario de vidrio de 8 \u00d7 8. Vierte la mezcla sobre la fruta y aseg\u00farate de cubrir la fruta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pon en el refrigerador, tapado, durante al menos 3 horas, o d\u00e9jelo durante la noche.
