El azafr\u00e1n, las flores de azafr\u00e1n, junto con las alubias que son ricas en vitamina B, son la pieza clave antidepresiva de esta receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 libras de alubias secas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 cuartos de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 hojas de laurel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cebollas blancas, cortadas finamente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 dientes de ajo, picados finamente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharada de hojas de perejil finamente picadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de espinacas org\u00e1nicas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadita de hebras de azafr\u00e1n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal de mar y pimienta negra molida<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instrucciones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Remoja las alubias durante toda la noche en el refrigerador<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.Cuela las alubias remojadas. Col\u00f3calas en una olla m\u00e1s grande con agua fresca, ll\u00e9valas a ebullici\u00f3n, y baja el fuego. Cocina a fuego lento por 2 horas con hojas de laurel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.Calienta aceite de oliva virgen en una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio. A\u00f1ade las cebollas y el ajo y saltea por 3 minutos. A\u00f1ade la espinaca, perejil y azafr\u00e1n y cocina por 1 minuto m\u00e1s. Quita del fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.Cuela las alubias cocidas y quita el exceso de agua. Regresa las alubias a la olla y a\u00f1ade la mezcla de cebolla, ajo y azafr\u00e1n.
