Una gran especia, en su mayor\u00eda desconocida en nuestro continente, es el amchoor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amchoor es una especia en polvo hecha de mangos no maduros deshidratados que se usa como condimento c\u00edtrico para impartir un sabor de fruta agria y picante a una comida sin agregar humedad. Amchoor tiene un alto contenido de hierro y vitaminas A, C y E y se usa para mejorar la digesti\u00f3n, reducir la acidez del est\u00f3mago y ayudar a la enfermedad por reflujo gastroesof\u00e1gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la medicina ayurv\u00e9dica se utiliza para tratar infecciones urinarias, diarrea y problemas digestivos. Mejora la salud de los ojos y ayuda a eliminar las toxinas del organismo.
